Request to Speak at WordCamp Kansas City 2017

WordCamp KC 2017 has been set for Friday and Saturday, April 28-29. We’re officially looking for speakers for this year’s event. WordCamp KC is one of the largest and best attended WordCamps in the midwest and is a great opportunity for you to share your expertise and knowledge with the WordPress community.

Speakers will be announced Monday, March 6th.

Talks for all skill levels will be considered and all topics should be WordPress related or connected, such as: the basis of web design, digital marketing, SEO, entrepreneurship, social media, multisite development, etc. You are welcomed to submit multiple topics or progressions such as Building a Plugin for Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced.

This year we hope to include a few lightning talks of around 10 minutes as well as our normal format of 40 minutes per presentation.

The 2017 schedule and “tracks” will be built based on the topics that are submitted, with the goal of each “track” having a theme and each topic building on the previous.

  • Friday, April 28 (9am – 5pm)
  • Saturday, April 29 (9am – 4pm)

Send us your talk and everything that goes with it and we will reach out to you!
